At St. Venus Holistics, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our products. Please note the following terms for returns:
Return Eligibility: Eligible items must be returned within 10 days of receipt. Items must be in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a return.
Condition of Items: Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags intact.
Return Shipping Costs: The purchaser is responsible for all return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a shipping service that provides tracking information, as St. Venus Holistics is not responsible for items lost or stolen in transit.
Refunds: Refunds for eligible returns will be issued as store credit only. No refunds will be issued in the form of credit card, cash, or cash equivalent.

Return Address: Our Customer Service team will provide you with the return address and any additional instructions upon initiating the return.
Refund Policy
Store Credit: All approved returns will be issued in the form of store credit. No cash or cash equivalents (such as credit card refunds) will be provided.Processing Time: Once we receive your returned item and it is inspected, we will process your store credit within 7-10 business days. You will receive an email notification once your store credit has been issued.
Non-Returnable Items
Personalized Products: Custom-curated items, including personalized healing crystal kits, are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Used Items: Items that have been used, altered, or damaged after receipt are not eligible for return.
Sale Items: Sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our Customer Service team at info@stvenus.com within 7 days of receipt. Provide your order number and a description of the issue along with photos of the damaged or defective product. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
